1. Eligibility for Refunds

Since all our products are digital, refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times, we will process a full refund for the duplicate order.

Technical Issues – If the product you purchased is not working as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days, you may be eligible for a refund.

Unauthorized Transaction – If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account, contact us immediately, and we will review the case.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of Mind – We do not issue refunds if you simply change your mind after purchasing.
